The Queen spent night in hospital after cancelling Northern Ireland visit

The Queen spent Wednesday nighttime successful infirmary aft cancelling her sojourn to Northern Ireland, Buckingham Palace has said.

A spokesperson said the Queen went to infirmary for “preliminary investigations” but returned to Windsor connected Thursday.

They said: “Following aesculapian proposal to remainder for a fewer days, the Queen attended infirmary connected Wednesday day for immoderate preliminary investigations, returning to Windsor Castle astatine lunchtime today, and remains successful bully spirits.”

It is understood the overnight enactment was for applicable reasons and the Queen was backmost astatine her table connected Thursday day and was undertaking airy duties.
